Dr. Robert Martin combines his lifelong passion for learning with a servant leadership approach, measuring his success not by personal achievement, but by the positive impact he has on others’ growth and development. Never one to label himself a “trainer” – a term he reserves for those who work predominantly with animals – he instead considers himself a “facilitator.” Through thoughtful questioning, meaningful discussion, and engaging activities, Robert has the ability to draw out participants’ ideas and encourage them to think in new ways.
With over 20 years of experience in public education as both a science teacher and school administrator, Robert’s leadership has left a lasting legacy. One of his proudest professional accomplishments was helping Minot High School Central Campus earn national recognition as a Professional Learning Community (PLC) Model School in 2010. To date, Minot High School Central Campus remains the only school in North Dakota history awarded this prestigious honor. In 2015, Robert earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, further solidifying his commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
